Back to where it all started on September 29, 2014, the date (National Coffee Day) we opened Morning Bird Coffee with 130 sq. feet of space outside an office building in Mission Valley, San Diego. We still operate this little coffee cart to this day. An homage to our coffee entrepreneurial roots, this blend has everything we love about African and Central American coffee- chocolate with slight berry tones, nice sweetness and full mouthfeel. Use it for espresso, pour-over, filter, or cold brew. It can handle whatever you desire.
