Coffee Subscription FAQs

HOW DO COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?
1. Visit our Subscriptions page.
2. Select a coffee and choose the number of bags to be delivered.
3. Select a frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
4. Visit your cart and checkout. 
5. Your credit or debit card on file will be charged every period from the start date of your subscription.

WHEN WILL MY FIRST SHIPMENT ARRIVE?
Your first order will ship out 1-3 days after your order is placed. You will receive an email with a tracking number which will let you track your coffee and see its expected arrival.

HOW DO I REVIEW MY ORDER HISTORY?
You may login to your account using your email address and password when you created your account. Once logged in, you can view your dashboard which includes your current shipping address, 
order history, and the current order status for any purchases you made.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You may sign in to your account and modify or cancel your subscription. If you wish to modify or cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time by logging in to your account and clicking "Manage Your Subscriptions". You may also contact us at info@jauntcoffee.com or (619) 330-5692 if you have trouble making these adjustments.

CAN I SWAP OUT A COFFEE FOR DIFFERENT ONE?
Yes. Sign in to your account and you may swap out your current product for another coffee. Note: product is limited to subscription coffees only.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING ON COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS?
We will charge a shipping fee for orders under $50.00. Coffee subscribers do receive 5% off your subscription to help offset the shipping cost.
