WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Our primary mode of Standard Shipping is USPS First Class. Rates are calculated by the weight of your shipment. You may choose any of these options at checkout:

Store Pickup (San Diego, CA)
USPS First Class Package (1-3 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail (1-2 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail Express (1 Business Day)

HOW DO I RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free standard US shipping on orders over $50. We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and other US territories. Shipments may take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. All purchases are roasted-to-order, packed and shipped from San Diego, California. We do not offer free shipping outside the United States.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All coffee orders are roasted-to-order. Orders will be roasted, packed and shipped normally by the next business day.

I LIVE IN SAN DIEGO. CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER?
Absolutely, you may pickup your order at our location. At checkout, select the Store Pickup option. You may contact us to schedule a time to pickup your purchase. There is no fee for selecting Store Pickup.

WHEN WILL MY COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION BE SHIPPED?
Jaunt Coffee subscriptions are shipped weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Your credit or debit card on file will be charged every period from the start date of your subscription. If your order is under $50.00, you will be charged the real-time shipping rate for that period. Orders are roasted, packed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship worldwide, Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees on packages delivered to outside the US.

CAN I SEND MY ORDER TO TWO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
We are not able to split orders between addresses. You would need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple locations.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as we start preparing your order for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for this tracking number to activate, as we roast all of our coffees to order.

HOW DO I RECEIVE OTHER PROMOTIONS?
We may offer promotions periodically. Existing customers will receive promotions but you may sign up for our newsletter to receive updates.
