What is the cost of shipping?

Our primary mode of Standard Shipping is USPS First Class. Rates are calculated by the weight of your shipment. You may choose any of these options at checkout:

Store Pickup (San Diego, CA)
USPS First Class Package (1-3 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail (1-2 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail Express (1 Business Day)

How do I receive free shipping?

We offer free standard US shipping on orders over $60. We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and other US territories. Shipments may take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. All purchases are roasted-to-order, packed and shipped from San Diego, California. We do not offer free shipping outside the United States.

When will my order ship?

All coffee orders are roasted-to-order. Orders will be roasted, packed and shipped normally by the next business day.

I live in San Diego. Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely. At checkout, select the Store Pickup option. You'll receive a pickup notification (email) when your order is ready for pickup. This can be between 24 - 72 hours.

When will my subscription order ship?

Jaunt Coffee subscriptions are shipped weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Your credit or debit card on file will be charged every period from the start date of your subscription. If your order is under $50.00, you will be charged the real-time shipping rate for that period. Orders are roasted, packed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide, Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees on packages delivered to outside the US. Customs forms will also have to be filled out.

Can I split my order between two different addresses?

We are not able to split orders between addresses. You would need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple locations.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number as soon as we start preparing your order for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for this tracking number to activate, as we roast all of our coffees to order.

How do I receive other promotions?

We may offer promotions periodically. Existing customers will receive promotions but you may sign up for our newsletter to receive updates.

Returns and cancellations

Returns

We do not offer returns on orders you receive. If we send you the wrong product, contact us and we will send you the correct item. You may be asked to provide a photo of your shipment/items.

Cancellations or changes

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order prior to us roasting and shipping, please send us an email at info@jauntcoffee.com. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and the reason for the change. Orders with changes will either be modified or canceled and refunded.

Store pick-ups

All sales placed online for store pickup including pre-orders are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to pickup your purchase on the chosen day. We do not take responsibility if orders are not picked up or cancelled.

Subscriptions

Your payment is processed when your first subscription shipment is prepared, usually within 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time by logging in to your account at jauntcoffee.com/account, click "Manage Subscriptions", and then click "Cancel Subscription" next to each item. When you cancel your subscription, you will be responsible for all charges incurred before the effective date of your cancellation. We cannot offer refunds on subscriptions orders that are already being prepared.
