Gift Subscription

Wanted to give the option for someone to gift a coffee subscription to someone and add it to the cart. Then that person that receives the gift can get an email or some type of notification that they received the gift and link them to the coffee subscription page. Or if you think its best, the person that is gifting could select which subscription the receiver gets.
